Sarah Post: Certified Personal Trainer
Born in Iowa, now living in Nebraska. Sarah is a 47-year-old mother of five.
In 2006 after the birth of her fifth child, at that time weighing 200 pounds she told herself that enough was enough. She decided her health, mental mindset and appearance was not acceptable.
Sarah began her journey of transformation not knowing where it would lead or how much it would literally change her life.
Wanting to be healthy and active not only for herself but for her children she made fitness, mental health and nutrition her top priority.
After 12 years the journey continues. In that time, she lost over 75 pounds and overcame crippling anxiety.
Sarah recently became a certified personal trainer. She hopes to share her story, knowledge and experiences to help others achieve their goals.

Thecia Jenkins: CEO Bold Profession Seminars &Consulting
For over twenty years Thecia Jenkins has worked with women to equipping them to take the steps toward making a world of difference by starting with themselves first!
She is the former human resource and community outreach director for the fifth largest crisis center in Texas serving survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Her training background includes developing programs for victim services, public transportation, law enforcement, associations and colleges.
Thecia has trained over 5,000 law enforcement, healthcare, education, engineering and legal professionals on the topics of domestic and sexual violence, emotional intelligence, cultural competence, public speaking, conflict resolution, and communication. She is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University and holds certifications in Diversity, Mediation, DiSC and coaching. She provides consultation to universities and colleges on compliance with intervention and prevention programming in compliance with the Campus Save Act, legislation enacted to intervene and prevent dating violence, domestic violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault and hate crimes on college/university campuses in 2015.
She is a solopreneur, owner of Bold Profession Seminars & Consulting, a professional development company and a member of the National Speaker’s Association.
She has spoken on a national basis to law enforcement and healthcare providers to train on working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence. And recently was featured as a sexual assault expert for survivors on The Book of John Gray on the Oprah Winfrey Network and also traveled to the continent of Africa (Accra, Ghana) where she ministered and spoke to young women on stepping boldly into their future.

Claudia Autry: Hypnotist
Claudia Autry is a hypnotist and educator who facilitates transformation through physical, emotional and spiritual healing. She works with regular people who are ready and open for a change in their health, career and relationships.
Claudia uses a variety of modalities and focuses mainly on Hypnosis, Essential Oils, Mindfulness, Reiki, and ThetaHealing®.
She is also a licensed professional engineer, who designed hospitals in the medical center and buildings on the Rice University campus, and provides expert witness testimony and appraisals on property damages for insurance claims.
In addition to working one on one with private clients, she also is the lead instructor at The PATH Foundation Hypnosis School where she learned the skill of hypnosis and now teaches the next generation of students the same techniques of hypnosis.
Other events are monthly stress management classes at Memorial Hermann Lindig Cancer Resource Center. She has regular classes for stress management, goal setting and weight loss. Claudia teams with psychologist Dee Gardner in a workshop demonstrating the effective use of hypnosis with psychological technique of EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to help with trauma. She has an ongoing seminar series on Success where she has teamed with business coach Austin Tenette. In this seminar series, participants actively learn the conscious tools of successful living and release the subconscious blocks to achieving those goals.

Sol Thomas: Founder of Sol Creative Media and The Latinas Rising Project
Sol Thomas graduated from the University of Houston-DT with a B.A. in Spanish. Sol is a graduate student at the UH-DT College of Public Service expecting to graduate in December of 2018 with an M.S. in Criminal Justice. Sol served 12 years as a Houston Police Officer and Detective. Additionally, she served as a trainer in the HPD sex crimes unit and as a state certified sexual assault instructor for SAFVIC. Sol currently holds a Texas Peace Officer License. Sol is the founder of Sol Creative Media a women-led organization that advocates for social change, through art, literature and digital media. Sol is a published author, speaker, and an entrepreneur.
Sol is the founder of The Latinas Rising Project, also known as Latinas Rising. Latinas Rising is a group that focuses on advocating the community on issues affecting Latinas and their families such as sexual assault, domestic, violence, education, sex-trafficking, mental health and immigration.
Sol is a servant leader at heart and spends her time writing poetry, traveling and creating projects for the a better world!
